Hello team Visit Britain,
We’re excited to present this proposal to produce 2 x ASCEND Television episodes focusing on mountain biking in Scotland and Wales. Our aim is to showcase the region’s breathtaking beauty and culture, capturing the beauty of one of the world’s most stunning destinations and inspiring our audience.
Our goal is to present this proposal as a starting point for discussions. The concepts include:
Produce 2 x full episodes in spring 2025
Episodes to air on Outside TV in spring/summer 2025 with a minimum of 8 x airings and 744,000 viewers per episode across all airings
An advertising campaign to air in Q2 2025 around the ASCEND Season 6, which would include the 2 x episodes on Scotland and Wales
As part of this concept, we are proposing to bring an American mountain bike athlete, an capture the authentic experience of them riding in these areas for the first time. We did something similar in bringing a pro American rider with Italian heritage to ride in Italy for the first time, and the episode was spectacular.
