We’re excited to present this proposal for a collaboration between Majestic Heli Ski and ASCEND Television (ASCEND), designed to showcase Majestic as one of Alaska’s most exceptional winter adventure experiences to our large audience of skiers, riders, and outdoor enthusiasts across the U.S. and internationally.

Our vision is to highlight the Majestic Heli Ski experience through the perspective of a local guide or professional athlete, capturing the unmatched terrain, deep Alaskan powder, dramatic mountain landscapes, and the welcoming lodge environment that defines a stay with Majestic. Through cinematic storytelling and authentic personal narratives, the episode will showcase the scale, beauty, and legendary heli-skiing that make Majestic one of the premier destinations for serious winter explorers worldwide.

This proposal is built as a genuine partnership, delivering high-impact, cinematic content and exceptional long-term value to Majestic Heli Ski.

Deliverables include:

• Production and distribution of one full ASCEND episode filmed with Majestic Heli Ski

• National broadcast on Outside TV in the U.S. market, reaching a minimum of 528,000 viewers per episode

• Optional integrated advertising and call-to-action messaging, with access to 1.9 million outdoor-focused viewers per month

• Creation of social media clips and promotional assets

• Delivery of all raw footage for license-free use by Majestic Heli Ski for any future marketing creation
