Thank you again for our follow up call. As discussed, attached is a revised proposal for Tirol that involves the production of a B2B Video.

To summarize our proposal:

• Produce a minimum of 1 x full episode in winter 2025 (date to be agreed on and potentially 2 x episodes)

• ASCEND will provide a North American athlete as the in front of camera talent.

• Episode to air globally on Outside TV in autumn 2025 with a minimum of 4 x airings and 744,000 viewers per episode across all airings

• Produce 1 x B2B focused video 10-15 minutes in length. Script, style and content of video to be developed together with Austria Tourism and Tirol.

• B2B portion to include interviews with appropriate Tirol staff, voice over and graphics as agreed during development of the B2B video.

• Cost is $20,000
